This position deals with servicing clients, advertising, and promotions.  Experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training and flexible schedules are available.

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Completing a Marketing Profile and Customer Service Questionnaire
  • Servicing Clients (by appointment only)
  • Working within a five to ten mile radius from where you live
  • Attend training workshops and seminars at our Bloomfield location to ensure your success

Our Training Program:  Exquisite Home Products offers an extensive training program

We offer a unique opportunity to take part in our proven training program designed to help you establish a new career. If you are accepted, you will be scheduled for a training seminar that prepares you for your new position. We offer the opportunity to participate in valuable training seminars, utilizing the most up to date training materials including, marketing brochures, literature, and recent health articles that will ensure your success throughout your training process.

Within approximately 90 days, you will be promoted from our management training program, designed to help you reach high levels of income and offer key benefits. Our management training program allows you to determine how fast you advance and how much you earn through your attitude and level of performance.

Management Program and Advancement Opportunity:

As a director within our company you have the ability to develop and promote individuals within your organization. We encourage you to build as many individuals as you can because the rewards are substantial. Exquisite Home Products is looking to expand its territory by opening three new locations in the tri-state area. A solid director with a well developed team can advance to regional director and lead one or more of our targeted locations.

When your team is productive, we offer a profit sharing bonus and management override that is based on a percentage of the volume your organization generates. Your organization is motivated and led by you. Therefore, whatever the leader achieves, so does the team. 

Additional Positions Availalbe:

 Office Department:

This position entails basic clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry.  Full time only.  Must be available some nights and weekends.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint.  Prefer one to two years of previous experience.  Full time positions available.

 

Collections Department:

 This position entails handling accounts receivables.  Full time only.  Must be available some nights and weekends.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint.  Prefer certification by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and have two years of previous experience.  Full time positions available.
